Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must have arrived broken or has been broken before wearing. I endeavour to make sure earrings arrive in perfect condition and are finished so they can be worn for years to come but sometimes things happen. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
